Vincent has over 18 years experience working with the youth of Ocean Springs. He began as a Summer Camp counselor at the YMCA in 1997. He went on to work at the Ocean Springs Parks & Recreation Department in 1998. He was promoted to Program Director in January of 2001 held that position at the Recreation Department until he resigned in August of 2005 to take the position of Director of Operations here at In The Zone.
Vincent graduated with an Associates of Arts from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in May of 2000. He also attended The University of Southern Mississippi where he sought a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education. He is a certified childcare director with the State Health Department of Mississippi. He is currently a board member for the Ocean Springs Education Foundation. Vincent is also a certified CPR, First Aid and AED instructor with the American Red Cross. He is currently certified in Crisis Prevention Invention. He is also a member of Mississippi Recreation and Parks Association, National Recreation and Parks Association, The Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce, The Ocean Springs Yacht Club, and has served as a member of Les Pierrots Mardi Gras Association (Board member 2011-16). Vincent is married to Lorra who serves as Director of Administrative Services for In The Zone. Vincent and his family attend and are members of Mosaic Church of Ocean Springs. He also volunteers as a group leader for Kids Beach Club (an after school outreach ministry to public schools). Vincent currently serves as a board member for the Ocean Springs Education Foundation (term 2015-2017)

Lorra is responsible for overseeing the new Infant Care Facility as well as the administrative, accounting and human resources for the company. Lorra is a lifelong resident of Ocean Springs and she graduated from Ocean Springs High School in 1995. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She holds a current Registered Nurse Licensure by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing and has more than ten years of nursing experience with five years specializing in Neonatal Nursing. Lorra obtained her Credentialed Director Certification from the Mississippi Department of Human Services in 2007 and has more than twelve years of experience in childcare. Lorra and Vince have been married since 1996 and they reside in Ocean Springs.

Cassie currently serves as the Director of Childcare Services for both the In The Zone Ocean Springs and St. Martin locations. She began her employment with In The Zone June of 2012 as the St. Martin North Site Director. In October of 2012 Cassie was promoted to the position of St. Martin Director. In February of 2016 Cassie was promoted to her current position of Director of Childcare Services. She graduated from Gautier High School in 2004 and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. Cassie obtained her Credentialed Director Certification from the Mississippi Department of Human Services in 2014. Before her employment with In The Zone Cassie was employed with the Jackson County School District for 4 years. She currently resides in Biloxi.
St. Martin Camp Director

Devin was born and raised in Ocean Springs and graduated from Ocean Springs High School in 2010. Devin has worked for In The Zone since he was 14yrs old. He has worked his way all the way up from floor guard to Skating Rink Shift Manager. He has also worked with the After School Program since we opened it in January of 2007. Devin was promoted to Ocean Springs Camp Coordinator in December of 2014 and was transfered to St. Martin as the St. Martin Camp Director in February of 2016. He currently holds that position. He is currently attending MS Director Credential Scholarship Program and he will graduate in August 2016. He takes very much pride in his work and strives every day to show parents what makes us stand apart from the competition. He is consistently looking for ways to improve our level of service to our customers and it shows.
Heather Gabrich, Tutoring Coordinator
Heather coordinates the Tutoring program at both In The Zone Locations. She has been a part-time and seasonal employee of In The Zone since 2011. Heather teaches first grade at Pecan Park Elementary. She is a graduate of Ocean Springs High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Education from William Carry University. She holds a Mississippi Educators License for K-12th grade with concentration in science and Math. Heather is a lifelong resident of Ocean Springs where she attends Belle Fountain Baptist Church.
Kathy Graham, Curriculum Instructor
Kathy has been working with children for over 40 years. Her first job was at First Baptist Church in Biloxi. She worked her way through college at night while she was a preschool teacher during the day. Kathy received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education through the University of Southern Mississippi in 1978. In 1999 she completed her master's degree in Elementary Ed. at William Carey with a certification is K-8th grade. In 2005, Kathy became an Early Generalist (PreK-3rd grade) National Board Certified Teacher. During her teaching career, she has worked in pre-K through 2nd grade in Biloxi, Vancleave and Ocean Springs school districts. Kathy retired as a full-time teacher in 2010 with over 31 years’ experience. Kathy continues to teach preschool through the CTE program at Ocean Springs High School on a part-time basis.
Kathy loves In the Zone for many reasons. Kathy believes what sets In The Zone apart are the Christian values and the desire of the amazing preschool teachers to be a part of the best preschool on the Coast. Kathy’s oldest grandson is a graduate of the In The Zone Preschool program and is now an after-school and summer camp participant. Kathy’s youngest grandson is currently enrolled in the In The Zone Preschool.
Kathy believes early childhood education is so important as the standards for "big" school have increased and more is expected of the entering Kindergarten student. Kathy feels like In the Zone teaches students the academic and social skills for them to be successful Kindergarten students.
